There is no clear time frame for when Roskus dies. Though Blue the dog is still alive and Roskus seemed to be doing poorly right after Jason Sr.'s funeral. The other oddity is that this is referred to as "Dilsey's house".
10.6.2015 -- I'm tightening up date for Roskus' death, from 1912-1928 to 1922-1928. In this episode Luster hushes Benjy, and talks about seeing his pappy "last night, waving his arms in the barn." Luster is about Miss Quentin's age, so born c1911, has to be at least 10 in this scene.
