Sanctuary, 191 (Event)

They try to enter via what they think will be the front entrance around the block, but on the other side of the building they find "a row of automobile sales-rooms" (191). They go back round to the rear entrance. They ring the bell and Miss Reba answers; she agrees to offer them a room for a month or so while they are in town doing business at the barber's college. Both Virgil and Fonzo find the establishment suspicious, but they haven't worked out that it is a brothel. It takes them a while to get to sleep in the room Miss Reba gives them because of the sounds of the city and those in the house.
