Summary:

Captain Warren begins to describe the event that turned Jock's hair white. The fliers would go to unnamed little towns in the US to put on shows while trying to evade the authorities; Jock and Jake would try to get the air show underwritten by a local organization while Ginsfarb got the handbills printed. Labour was divided this way as Ginsfarb would hold out for a price too long, and the Jock and Jake did not want to risk getting caught.
