Need to add Quartermaster at Memphis - referred to here (JBP)
UPDATE: I added both Unnamed Quartermaster in Memphis and Unnamed Auditor to character list -- made both of them peripheral. (They are both referred to by the unnamed lieutenant.)

Summary:

The Union soldiers re-take the mules Rosa Millard had acquired in Mottstown, and in signing a paper she can use to get reparation for a damaged fence, the lieutenant asks her not to forge his name on any future orders because he would be held responsible for the charges.
