Stevens-Mallison Home in "An Error in Chemistry" (Location)

The story provides almost no details about the house Gavin Stevens lives in, other than that it has a "side door into the study" where he works (115), allowing the sheriff to visit Gavin without going through the main house. Along with the fact that Gavin's nephew also lives in the house, this is consistent with the way Gavin's home is described in more detail in the Snopes trilogy, as the old home of several generations in the Stevens family.
