Elizabeth Cornell

Elizabeth Cornell received her PhD from Fordham University, where she now supports initiatives for digital scholarship and pedagogy and serves as the director of communications for Fordham IT. Currently she is serving as the creative advisor for Live Source Theatre Group in connection with their presentation of As I Lay Dying at BRIC House in Brooklyn. She is also at work on a book-length study of the response of modern American writers, including William Faulkner, to the popularization of Einstein and the theory of relativity by the press during the 1920s. Her research has been published in South Central Review, Mississippi Quarterly (forthcoming), and elsewhere.
